Something For You to Try

Here's one for you--sooo easy. We make these for school lunches.

Cake Mix Cookies

1 cake mix
1/3 c. oil
1 egg

Mix together by hand until blended. Drop by teaspoon onto cookies sheet and bake at 350 for 6 mins.

You can also roll them in powdered sugar or throw in chocolate chips or nuts or whatever.

Oh no you didn't! Did you just post a chocolate chip cookie recipe? I'll be thinking of you tonight at bedtime while I am dreaming of chocolate monsters.

OK- so, you also can use any flavor of cake mix for this. We used a white cake mix and rolled it cinimon and sugar for snickerdoodles. Strawberry topped with chocolate frosting. Funfetti for fun. My friend even used spice cake mix and rolled in sugar. Yum-alicious.

We're making lemon sandwich cookies today, from lemon cake mix and store-bought lemon frosting. :)
