Yesterday as we sat at dinner, Z was holding L. He mentioned how she was looking him in the eyes. He felt there was a connection--that she was really seeing him.
The day before that, Q came around a corner and was calling L. L turned her head to look for her. Her head stopped when she found Q.
Also yesterday, we put L in her bouncy seat. She reached her hand out a number of times and caught hold of one of the rings that was hanging down in front of her.
It's exciting to see L doing all of these things already.

That's pretty amazing! Every child is such a miracle, no? That she was confined inside you nine days ago and now knows when family members call her...
{{{squeezes L}}}
I love the little things they learn. great job babe!
That is so neat. She has been hearing her family members voices for 9 months.Now she wants to connect the voice to the face. So sweet. Congratulatons on your new baby.
She seems to young to be doing some of those things already. Maybe she's a genius child or something. Oh Julie, she is so sweet. I loved cuddling her the other day:0)
So glad you are taking the time to notice these things... it's too easy to let those little moments pass by.
Thanks for stopping by Puddinglegs... haven't written in ages. "Chief Inmate" is a good one... I'm the "ringleader" of our little band of outlaws! I'd originally meant to put "Ringmaster", like the circus, but wrote leader instead and I decided it fits just fine! LOL
You are simply amazing. Look at all this blogging and everything else you do. I'm not every going to try to keep us with you. That baby is sooo cute.
