5-minute Brownie in a Mug
4 Tbsp. flour
4 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa
dash of salt
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
2 Tbsp. water
1/3 tsp. vanilla
some chocolate chips (optional)

Stir dry ingredients in a standard sized mug. Add oil, water, and vanilla and mix thoroughly. Mix in chocolate chips.
Microwave for 1 1/2 minutes. It will be soft. Cool for a minute.

This is the best thing ever! Very bad for my chocolate addiction though :( It would also make a great little gift for ________ (insert holiday), I mean, they have mugs for every occasion out there. You could just mix up the dry and attach a cute littel note to tell them what to add. Thanks for sharing!!

I've decided that a whole brownie is too much--VERY rich, so I cut the recipe in half. It's just about perfect.
Hey- FYI- I tried it using applesauce instead of oil and it works! Now I feel a tad less guilty :)
