In this regard, my counsel to members would be to relax, lighten up, mellow out, and not get so huffy. While the gospel is sacred and serious, sometimes we take ourselves a little too seriously. A sense of humor, especially about ourselves, is an attribute worthy of development (Glenn L. Pace, “Follow the Prophet,” Ensign, May 1989, 25).

She looks like a cutie! I noticed on your profile you live in Oregon. I lived in Medford, and Eugene. I still have a lot of family in Oregon. It is soooo beautiful!

I'll bet the birthday girl was thrilled with this tribute. I have a birthday boy. Birthday man actually. He's 46. Doesn't seem possible. It doesn't seem like I should even be that old. Where did the time go? We celebrated his birthday at one of his favorite restaurants tonight. He's still my baby, of course.
